General discussion / Re: The 2008 US Election thread

Ron Paul is a very popular Congress man from Texas, he destroyed his neocon opponent Chris Peden to regain his Congressional seat with a 70% landslide victory in Tuesday's Republican primary, yet he only got 5.1% of the votes in the Texas Presidential Primary where John McCain is disliked, yet McCain received 51.2% of the vote. All the exit poles had Ron Paul in front. This smells of voter fraud just like what happened in all other states. Diebold voting machines to the rescue.

By telling the truth and having real solutions will make sure Ron Paul will never become President even though he is the choice of everyone that has heard his voice. The same voter fraud exists within the Democratic Primaries. The only difference is they are keeping this one close to captivate the gullible audience. Obama is the chosen one to be the next President as he has the backing of the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderburg Group and the Rockefellers amongst others. There hasn't been a Presidential election in a while only Presidential selections. Bush was destroyed in the last election by patsy John Kerry. We have one party in the disguise of two controlled by the bankers and corporate America. There is never any change no matter which "party" is in power. We will still have perpetual wars in order to steal recourses and take away civil liberties, unconstitutional courts, taxes and licensing no matter which puppet becomes President.

Question for Seamus: Do you have a scientific background?

tyssam maybe the apt question should read: Does Al Gore and Bono have a scientific background?

Far more scientists have proven that global warming has nothing to do with man. The controlled media will not give them any coverage. The ones that have are all bought mouth pieces.

Is that a fact? Please elaborate.

J70, is the Federal Government of the United States of America capable of lying to us? If you think not then there is no need for further research as they will give you all the info you need. On the other hand if you believe they are capable you will have to seek the truth elsewhere.  What Al Gore, NASA and the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) are telling us about Global Warming is a little science and a large part science fiction.

One of the better places to start you truth search:

Far more scientists have proven that global warming has nothing to do with man. The controlled media will not give them any coverage. The ones that have are all bought mouth pieces. In the eighties we were told that another ice age was at our door step, now the big u-turn. This is all about control and the introduction of a global taxation to correct the (non) problem. Sure lets all agree to the tax and we will be saved. Gore does not practice what he preaches, he is an utter hypocrite. Throw in Bono as well. This follows his fight to save Africa from AIDS when in fact he was doing the very opposite. Still the majority of people cannot see through their facade. Bono is either very stupid or another Globalist junkie. I believe it's the latter. In time he will be found out for what he really stands for, an Agenda 21 profiteer among other things.

Kieran Donaghy played both minor and U21 for Kerry. Tom Sullivan never played minor, neither did Bomber Liston from days of yore.

But not as gutless and spineless as Michelle frank russell and F eoin a brosnan, as i said Mike , they leave their guts behind them in Kerry when they head for croker, and I'm not just saying this as a Monaghan man.I said it when they played Tyrone, Armagh,Donegal , Cork etc etc etc zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Face up to the reality of the situation , I know it may be hard and you are probably in denial but thats understandable. There is help out there , and you do have some great subs on the bench and even though football is over for those two for the rest of this year as no-one wants a windy cnut playing beside them although won't it make a great fundraising venture during the Autumn to have a treasure hunt round the Kingdom , I can see the posters now " Monster treasure hunt , starts 9am sharp @ Gleneagle hotel carpark, help us find MFR's and Eoins balls , we have no clues to give you but we suggest you look in left luggage Farranfore airport. Entry fee €10 per car , all proceeds to Kerry football holiday fund" ;D ;D

How long have you being watching gaelic football? If for 5 to 10 years you were definitely not paying much attention. For the first 5 years of his career Mike Frank was one of the deadliest forwards in the game. The courage and conviction he displayed when going for scores were second to none. Along with Seamus Moynihan he was the only other Kerry player to emerge from the '01 Meath debacle with reputation intact. He may not be the player he was 5 years ago but he is still a great player, over 10 years of playing top class county and club football can take its toll. For me he will go down as one of the greatest forwards I have ever had to pleasure to witness playing. Here's hoping he will have a fifth AI medal in his back pocket come Sept 16th.

No matter what way you roll the dice, change the rules, introduce the back door and maybe in the future have an open draw you will find that Kerry will still average their three AI per decade.  Enough of attempting to beat Kerry with a stick as it's getting very repetitious and boring at this stage. Instead go try to match their skill and consistency with out moaning and bitching all the time. Is it just an Irish trend to try and find fault and even start to hate our best?

Where is the respect I ask, where is the respect? :)

Contrary to your statement Kerry happen to be rated higher than most southern teams with only 11 teams definitely better than them leaving 14 teams their equal or worse. In fact overall they would be about 13 to 18th best in the country and have been in that position since I was born many moons ago.

They could and probably should have beaten Limerick in the Munster Championship around 5 years ago when all players and management were pulling together. They did beat Waterford in the championship in the 90's and ran Galway close on a number of occasions. This year is the first year since the Limerick game that they seem to be all in agreement again. They were very unlucky not to have made the semi finals of the Christy Ring, losing narrowly away to Westmeath, the eventual champs, in the winner take all last round. They were leading going into the final few minutes and would have had a great opportunity of winning the competition if they had held out. Sure, I'm fully aware that there is a big gulf between the top 9 or 10 teams and the second (maybe third now) tier where Kerry exists. They would be rated way ahead of Monaghan in hurling believe it or believe it not. As for the football we'll find out on Sunday.

If you are an MD go ahead and take the cocktail. If not go find one that thinks like you and split the money. Volunteer to take the cocktail yourself if you are so convinced vaccines are safe. Hopefully you will not have to give your earnings back in medical expenses but the odds will be stacked against you. While you are at it go ahead and take the AZT drug for HIV, I wouldn't give that one to my worst enemy.

$75,000 Offered For MD to Publicly Drink Vaccine Additives

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2007/07/19/75-000-offered-for-md-to-publicly-drink-vaccine-additives.aspx

Jock Doubleday, director of the California non-profit corporation Natural Woman, Natural Man, Inc., has offered $75,000 to the first medical doctor or pharmaceutical company CEO who publicly drinks a mixture of standard vaccine additives.

The additives would be the same as those contained in the vaccines recommended for a 6-year-old according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, and the dose would be body-weight calibrated. It would include, but not be limited to:

Thimerosal (a mercury derivative)
Ethylene glycol (antifreeze)
Phenol (a disinfectant dye)
Aluminum
Benzethonium chloride (a disinfectant)
Formaldehyde (a preservative and disinfectant)

On August 1, 2007, if no one has taken the challenge, the offer will be increased to $90,000 and will increase at a rate of $5,000 per month until someone accepts.

Not surprisingly, this offer has been on the table since 2001, but no one has been willing to take that toxic chemical cocktail -- except for the children who innocently go in for their routine vaccinations. With the average amount of loans for medical students now well in excess of $100,000 you might have thought some doctor would have tried to cash n on this so they could accelerate the payment of their student loans.

In addition to the vaccine additives listed above, others can include ammonium sulfate, amphotericin B, pig blood, rabbit brain, monkey kidney, betapropiolactone, tri(n)butylphosphate, and a laundry list of other chemicals. The mercury-based preservative thimerosal, in particular, is dangerous. Mercury is a poison and potent neurotoxin. Injecting it into a child, whose nervous system is rapidly developing, can have terrible consequences.

From the evidence I have reviewed and my own clinical experience it is clear that mercury is one of the reasons autism skyrocketed in the last 10 years. Autism has started to decrease now that some the vaccines have eliminated mercury, but be wary; many vaccines still do contain thimerosal, no matter what you may have heard.

And even those vaccines without thimerosal still contain an incredible number of dangerous chemicals. When the mercury is removed, it is typically replaced with another toxic additive that is frequently just as health-harming. The aluminum hydroxide used in many vaccines has been linked to symptoms associated with Parkinson's, ALS, and Alzheimer's. Phenols, methanol, isopropyl, and 2-pheoxyethanol are other ingredients which are corrosive or toxic.

The bottom line is, if you are a parent and are considering vaccinating your child, please read up on the potentially devastating side effects of vaccines before doing so. It could mean the difference between life and death.  Avoid the fear mongering and take some time to read ALL sides of the issue, not just the propaganda conventional pediatrician will present to you.  Most educated parents that I know that have done a careful analysis of the data invariably chose not to vaccinate their children.

thanks hardy i think yere worth a bet,no team will want to draw meath if ye get over galway and you know what happens when meath get their confidence going and get on a bit of a run, what do you reckon hardy

I would expect at least 90% of Kerry supporters would love to draw Meath. I certainly would, some unfinished business for the present team. Every time I hear ole ole it takes me back to that miserable day, needs to be put to bed. I have great respect for Meath football, they would be a cherished scalp if we did happen to meet and beat them.

Diebold is all that is keeping Ron Paul from winning the Republican nomination and the general election?

He won the debates by a landslide in all polls and I mean a landslide. Lack of funds is another issue and of course the blacklisting by the controlled media. He would make America great again but alas it will never be. The North American Union is already signed, soon to be followed by a One World Government. Even at that he still would have some shot at the Presidency only for Diebold. He is the only Republican candidate out there that is not a puppet. This of course will guarantee he will never get nominated.

The Bilderberg Group meeting starts today at the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul. They, not the electorate will select the next President. Ron Paul would run away with both the nomination and the Presidency but for Diebold.
