horan must have him back for a reason. he has not been afraid to cut boys eho he deemed not up to it so far the year so hopefully his faith in t mort will be rewarded.

5 weeks until the london game there is time enough naming a panel the weeks off it and keeping another 10 on stand by with a chance to rejoin if they are playing well or injuries occur

does anyone have the definative list ?

Mayo lacked intensity in the 2nd half and the emptying the bench took away any momentum that we were building after dohertys goal. 2 positives for me from yesterday though were Feeney at full back and Doherty and freeman in the full forward line. Although Doherty wont get as soft a goal come championship time!

I was also very impressed with the set up at inishkeen. great layout and facilities

just read the statement on the club website. board is remaining the same, and the club is not being used to secure the debt ala man u and liverpool. so imho it is a good thing for the club. I have a feeling that we might see David Dein back as well. Wasn't he all for getting him on the board when he was at arsenal. Wenger and Dein had a great relationship in dealing with transfers and contracts so hopefully this will mean bigger transfer budget and holding on to what we have - except bentner and arshavin and allmunia and clichy they can all get their coats now!

NUI, Galway: Nathan King, Ciaran McDonald, Shane McHale, Keith Rogers, Peadar Gardiner, Ciaran Conroy, Josh Moore, Stephen Gilmartin, Denis Corroon, Fiachra Deasmhunaigh, Greg Higgins, Mark McHugh, Neil Douglas, Aodhan Mullan, Jason Doherty.

Dillon was named on the bench but started. There was another scatter of Mayo lads in the subs. Don't ask me who the were
if only the original was starting off his career again!
we weren't very impressive v roscommon today but sure its early days. Looking forward to the down game in 13 days. The flood lights will add to the excitement of the new beginning!

Lads (sorry i have to exclude the ladies fom this message)

A friend of mine has set up a new company and i know i am not supposed to use the board for plugging things so this is a one off i promise. It is a dating company www.firstdate.ie. She was made redundant from work and this is her way of getting back on the employment ladder.
Its a dating company with a difference , no online profiles etc.. just events for people to meet each other wine tasting, dinner dating etc...
The problem is all her events are sold out for women but she needs men to make the business a runner!
So anyone interested in attending any of the events check out www.firstdate.ieSorry for the advert but i really want this to work out for her.
Thanks lads.

What a tragedy. Someone so young to be murdered at the prime of life and when just setting out on her new life with her husband. Sincerest sympathy to the Harte family and to her new husband John. I can not imagine what they must be going through. RIP Michaela

Best of luck to James Horan. The first League game is in Caisleán a'Bharraigh against Down. It seems fairly mouth-watering now.
where did you see the fixture list?
