Some history on Mayo v Tyrone in the championship in recent times.

http://mayoclub51.com/mayo-v-tyrone-history/

"...And there's good news: They've never beaten us in the All-Ireland series!"... Huh?

2008 was some other competition then?! ;)

wtf? some spin on that one  :o

Delia's Celtic would have been beaten 1-0 last night.

Things not good in the mayo camp . When i heard enda mcginley say it last night in a very sly way, i didnt pass much heed but it seems there is a lot of discontent and dont be surprised if two players dont even travel to dublin.

Mind games from Mayo?

Stewartstown beat Errigal 3-9 to 1-10.

Great win for harps - well done. So much for 'inowbest' predicting easy EC win. I think Harps won minor league at this grade 3 years ago so were expected to be strong.

Big derby final v Fianna - will be feisty to say the least !!

yes, we won the Minor G1 League 3 years ago beating Ardboe in the final. In 2013 we had a 5 month wait to play the final and now we have a 5 day wait  :o

we also have beaten Errigal in the 2011 Og sport final and 2012 U-16 G1 league final, so last night's result shouldn't really come as a major shock to anyone.

as for the game itself, there was a strong breeze and we played with it in the first half. we lost one of our midfielders early on to a ridiculous black card decision but despite this we built up an 11 point lead but an Errigal goal just before the break reduced the deficit to 8 at the interval. H/T score Harps 3-6 Errigal 1-4. In the 2nd half Errigal with the breeze created plenty of chances as you would expect but they kicked themselves out of it and we hung on.

u21 Quarter final fixtures announced for next Tuesday evening. A few high quality matches should be on show!! What are the predictions?

Coalisland Na Fianna v Pomeroy Plunketts
Fr Peter Campbell Park 7:30 PM

Ardboe O'Donovan Rossa v Errigal Ciaran
2016 U21 KO1 Quarter-final
Ardboe 7:30 PM

Loughmacrory St. Teresa's v Stewartstown Harps
2016 U21 KO1 Quarter-final
Loughmacrory 7:30 PM

Carrickmore St Colmcille's v Galbally Pearses
2016 U21 KO1 Quarter-final
Carrickmore 7:30 PM

Why did galbally concede at home to Coalisland thus giving themselves a harder draw in the 1/4 finals? Complete madness   :o
.    You have not got an answer so u suggest you rephrase the question comme ci "why did galbally concede at home to Coalisland giving Stewartstown a tougher draw in the quarter final?"

Depending on galbally/fianna result, it was either carrickmore away or loughmacrory away for us. Equally tough opposition.
