Will be Kerry  Tyrone league final. Dublin wont be going all out to win league. Beat a very limited Cavan team yesterday.

Cavan limited but the Dubs are only really starting to train as a team.

Look through the fixture list and see where they will drop more points than Tyrone or Kerry - I struggle to see where

Sad part of this thread is that there could be plenty of proper discussion of the actual mistakes Klopp has made if it hadn't been hijacked by the attention whore and his alter ego/admirers. I've been partly to blame for that in responding to the gobshite.

The United thread had plenty such discussion earlier in the season without descending into "Mourinho-out" wind-ups.

Perhaps if you didnt resort to name calling things would be different but then Donegal men are well known for playing the man rather than the ball.

The Sligo man speaks sense - Klopp is responsible for transfers - with a squad like that he should definitely have bought. Cant imagine he would have agreed to take the job if the well is empty already?

How long has he been at Anfield now?
His record after 50 games is one of if not the worst of any top 7 manager - think I read somewhere it was worse than Moyes.
The red scum in Manchester were screaming to get shot of Moyes.

Maybe Liverpool supporters are happy with their lot and a top 6/7 finish is considered success?

Klopp shown up to be average at best again.

Why people continually defend him is strange to say the least.

Chelsea, Utd, Arsenal fans all able to call it out when their managers arent up to it but Klopp has some vice like grip over supporters who continue to defend him.

Good point here. Unfortunately a significant portion of my fellow Liverpool supporters like to think they're "proper fans" and that they're is something worthy and admirable about blindly lauding everything the Liverpool manager does.

it is of course a moronic stance, and that these are the same idiots who thought Rodgers was a great manager makes it all the more staggering. You would think they would have learned their lesson from that farce.

Those of us capable of independent thought have known for over a year that Klopp is not a very good manager.

I thought you were a bit of a sickener at the start and were on the wind up all the time however the more the season goes on the more your points are proving to be absolutely spot on.

As great as he is I think Joe Schmidt (and the stupid IRFU) needs to be called out for this result and performance. His conservative selection policies and gameplans really got caught out today. In November we beat the All blacks by keeping possession much more than we usually do. It's well known that Scotland's strength is their back 3 and what did we do - kick a load of rubbish uncontested ball to them. And our errors - complacency was at work big time. Scotland were chomping at the bit and we weren't up for it at all by comparison. Schmidt has an over loyalty to Leinster players. Ringrose is not ready for this yet. Kearney proved me wrong in Chicago but was awful. Earls is merely a good pro 12 winger. I was shocked at the lack of pace Zebo showed at times also. That back line looks stale and devoid of ideas. Credit to Paddy Jackson for keeping his head when all around him was playing rubbish. He's a very good international 10 and deserves to keep the jersey (but we can't risk having only Keatley as backup - pure madness that we luckily got away with). Madigan should have been called in, no questions asked. Scotland had several players who play in France - what makes us so special that we can't make an exception and call up a 4th choice out half in an emergency?

Even with the terrible first half performance we should have got the win. It's no use beating the All Blacks and then not turning up for 40 minutes against Scotland. Their 3rd try was incredibly embarrassing.

Completely agree - the foundations for this defeat were made by the tactics JS sent out his players with. Completely rigid and lacked any adventure. Yet again the national rugby team will deliver little when it promised so much.

All Blacks games seem a world away from that spectacle on Saturday

The plays called by the Falcons when they were in front really was astounding at that level.

Big game pressure must do something to make them call daft/silly plays - you would think with so many advisors around there would be one cool or wise head to just take stock of things?

Suppose this is where Bill & Tom differ

O and the Rossies are really poor - on par with most of the average Div 2 teams. Wont stay up this year unless they win all their home games

Great scenes after the winning goal yesterday. Plenty of passion on show from both teams. This type of joy is sadly missing from most PL games

Taylor, do you mean Mickey O'Neill or Ronan?

It was a strange sort of a game where our usually tight defence looked unsure of themselves.
18 points is a good return but we missed a lot more. Ronan O'Neill for me was not interested. He reminds me of a sloth in everything he does. McCurry looked a lot more up for the game but he can be very erratic with his shooting quite often. McShane got a tough time at FF and not much protection from the ref who seemed determined not to use his cards.
We often struggle to put up a good performance in Omagh every year in the league and then when we go to Croker are like a totally different team. I hope so anyway.

Good turn out of Rossie fans I thought.

Mickey - disappointed in Ronan. Too laboured for how we need to play - we are all about speed of movement and thought whereas Ronan seems the opposite

Kick of the ball away from AI final last year so just minor adjustments to be made.

Poor game yesterday but by god isnt it great to have proper football back.

Oneill, Harte and Sludden really good.

How many wides did we hit? it wont be good enough next week in CP. As long as we keep competitive right to the end it will be a positive but dublin normally get all the rubs of the green when they play at home.

No, you were the kick of the ball away from the AI semi-final last year.

Tipp were a formality but yes, semi

Even if Liverpool get a result tonight it means nothing in the grand scheme.

Hull are likely to do a number on them at the weekend.

This Klopp fella is not all he is made out to be.

Stallion was right all along

No doubt Janice is from the East of the City where I have found this type of sentiment is prevalent.

No matter what you cant change the opinion of some. Shudder to think what her kids will turn out like if she has any :-\
