some shocks today.eglish great result winning away and galbally end moys unbeaten record.Galbally going very well.declan murphy was the number 15 you were on about.he was a thorn in the moy defense all day.scored their goal with a rocket to top corner.
sean cavanagh cancelled out of the game.galballys tactic were spot on.hopefully moys good start to the season doesnt fizzle out now that they have bowed out of the championship and their county men are now away for the forseeable future

I am gonna side with dromore my people didnt expect them to be still in the championship after tonight.
they longer they stay in the championship the better they get.
they still have the most complete unit in the county if they can manage to put it altogther on the day.
carrickmore are probably the team nobody wants to draw.they will shed no tears at seeing their nemesis of recnet years clonoe bow out at the first hurdle.

must be very disheartening been a clonoe defender working your ass of and sweeping up countless trillick attacks with the forward line kicking wide after wide.although conditions nat great you'd expect a side to rack up more than 2 points in 32 mins of football.clonoe keeper done very well and clonoe number 5 best player on the pitch ran his socks off and got a great score into a strong breeze.trillick were lost at midfield clonoe dominated but a toothless forward line was their undoing.
trillick looked more up for it on the night and although people in recent weeks papered over the cracks all doesn't seem to be well behind the scenes at clonoe.
as for the second match at healy park draw was a fair result dromore done all the running in the first half and should have been better value at half time than their 2point lead.
Peter donnelly was brilliant i thought and Stepthen MC nally, couple of big hits handed out ricey on the receiving end towards the end of the game.i think coalisland might have missed the boat they only really started to believe they could win it after the goal.

when is the draw for the next round of the intermediate championship?
has the build for an exciting climax with cilliseal, derrylaughan, looking thye pick of the teams i seen over the weekend.cookstown laboured for long spells against a clueless strabane team who only mustered one point in the second half.looking forward til seeing greencastle when is that game??

if thats true Dromore are a joke sacking their manager after four games and they have lost only the one game????.Gerard trainor has been made a scapegoat for their early season problems.its hardly his fault half the dromore players wander round the world on travels and the other half thats left in dromore drink the head of themselves easter Saturday and sunday night followed by easter Monday and then stagger in to play galbally on easter Tuesday(underestimating them) thinking they have the Devinne right to win the game.they are way behind fitness wise most other division 1 clubs at this early stage and thats adding to the problems.
its boiling down to the fact they didn't do the work in pre season and its now telling on the pitch
porter/goodwin are now over them to the championship and they will address the situation after that.
coalisland will never have a better chance of getting one over on their nemesis of recent years than next week with dromore missing some vital players.sacking their manager this could back fire on them as if they didn't have enough problems as it was without putting another cat amongst da pigeons.
it was a poisoned chalice taking over after mcginn anyway who endured so much success in recent years with dromore,no doubt if they lose next week trainor will probably be still to blame.suppose if your players don't want you only one place you can go.

Cookstown be hard to stop in the intermediate championship.most teams in that division rely too heavily on one or at the most two forwards.cookstown have Mulligan Mulgrew to name a few.
they have sorta been a yo-yo team this past few years and are my bet to win it.tasty price 4-1 i reckon snap it up with greencastle their biggest danger along witha derrylaughan team who seem to have a spring in their step this season but could come up short close to the line!

i was very impressed with greencastle last season in the championship if they had a free taker they woulda probably beat trillick in augher, who eventually went on to win the intermediate championship.
with Stevie Quinn training them and probably the one of the best up and coming managers about in Sean Teague they will go very close.Teague seems to have brought alot of youth through the ranks in recent years and blended some experience.
they have probably one of the best young defenders about in Danny Mc Dermott and the two Clarkes along with Conways.should go close watch this space come
still think team to beat in that division this year is cookstown they seem to be to strong for that division but not strong enough for senior.
