Of course they're "doing their jobs", but are they now backing away from situations where previously they would have attempted an arrest

unfortunately a lot  cops just want to survive long enough to get their pension and are using a hands off approach to policing, staying away from potential trouble as much as they can .

The gun store close by me has been the busiest store for the last 3 months here in the liberal Bay Area but I guess it's all right wing nuts buying them . People don't like mobs running wild or talk of defunding police .

He either felt it was totally okay to do what he did ( in which case serious questions need to be asked as to what type of psychos they're hiring)

Having lived here for 30+ years I have had minimal to almost zero interactions with the police. Any minor interactions have all been positive. I'm sure people of color would have a polar opposite view

Entire swarths of big cities like Chicago, Baltimore, Philly are virtual no go areas and it's almost impossible to police these neighborhoods. I knew a guy who was in the Chicago Housing Authority police......going around the housing projects executing warrants and providing back up during evictions for troublesome tenants. The stories he'd tell you would put your hair standing on end.

Maybe it's time to aggressively hire from the minority communities to police their own neighborhoods instead of it being a job for the white working and middle classEs

he wouldn't be president for four years if they got their way,  Obama and Flynn were on completely different wave lengths when it came to the Middle East and Russia, having Flynn in foreign policy would have meant a reversal of Obama's policies which happened anyway.

Problem for you with Bolton is that he is one in a long line of people to exit the administration and reveal what they witnessed. He didn't really tell us much that we didn't already know or suspect.

So its basically either they are all lying and making shit up and Trump is completely different behind closed doors than he is in public, or there must be serious issues behind the scenes.

It should also be noted that Trump, famously litigious, has not sued any of these authors or publishers. Bolton, in particular, apparently, is a fastidious note taker, and probably has the goods sitting there waiting for the lawsuit.
