In a nutshell,  yes.  And if you were in the same position I believe you would find the idea of a couple of years in LA very tempting.

Tiger Woods per chance?

If I werelucky enough and talented enough to be a professional footballer I would do the exact same.  I would try to extract every last penny from my employers during my career as I could.  Anyone here who says they wouldn't do the same is being economical with the truth in my opinion.

Yea really didn't except that from him... Rio and the twins were great...rio even replied to me on twitter after I wrote to him 5 mins after they left the hotel lol
Fergie is a class act..came down by himself an hour before the game and took photos with every fan(probably about 30/40) and even got to see a bit of the hairdryer when one Asian guy keep pushing kids away to try and get at him and fergie glares at him and says "stop it you bloody nuisance  ye"

I know,  especially considering the absolute gentleman he is in all other areas of his life.

Why expect anything better from Rooney and his ilk,  and I include Gerrard,  Terry,  Lampard etc.  These men aren't nice people,  don't let it annoy you, and don't be so naive.

What will the club fixtures be now.  Can we expect any league games before Tyrone are finished in the championship?  What about the club championship?

Tweet from John w Henry just now.

Speculation on players shouldn't include those of a certain age. We are not going to be successful by merely filling short-term needs at LFC

That is mental.  I kept waiting for them to stop,  but they just kept on and on.  Brilliant.

Honestly never knew there was a county called 'Anfield' I thought it was somewhere in Liverpool, but not a county...

Pedantic much?  Sure it's "only a bit of craic".

I didn't think it was "only a bit of craic".

I saw it too,  and had heard it before elsewhere.  It goes without saying that any right minded person would be suitably disgusted by it.  I just wondered why you had a problem with BC commenting on it?

Forget it though.  It's not a big deal.  And our poor friend is to be pitied more than anything.

Sammy,  it's a discussion board.  If BC feels the need to comment,  who the .... are you to to say he shouldn't?
