Mike Smith should hang his head in shame.. made a feck of it.. Brilliant horse though.. gave the winner a 20 length start and only beaten by a short head.. there'll be books written about him and that race will feature heavily.

Best comedian I've been to is Jasper Carrott.. brilliant show..

though I did enjoy most of others I've been to.. David O Doherty, Tommy Tiernan was brill first time around but saw him 2 yrs after I'd first seen him and he was doing the same jokes which was kindof a disappointment, Patrick McDonnell & Joe Rooney etc

found Lenny Henry & Bill Bailey to be disappointing live.

Raking leaves on a windy day.. it's like fighting a losing battle with Mother Nature  >:(

I never understand why people do this. It's autumn.

They were clogging up the garden.. ya couldn't see the path underneath them so I thought it'd be an idea to pick them up..   :-\

I'm not a big fan of tattoos but have seen some that look well. One of my friends is looking to get a tattoo done on her fingers.. now that, to me, is just tacky.. really can't see the appeal!

What's the craic with Villa for top goal scorer? Half the odds?
1/4 the stake.. was a four way dead heat for 1st..

Thought I read somewhere that the golden boot is decided by goals followed by assists which would give it to Mueller. Interesting to see what the bookies pay out on.

Don't know about the other bookies but we were paying out on Forlan as Golden Boot the same way as if the bet was for the top goalscorer market... which I also thought was strange as I also read Thomas Meuller got the Golden Boot as he had 5 goals AND 3 assists.
