Tune in now

That woman sounds like a south armagh woman...

I'd say she was in the Athletic Grounds last night. That would have left anyone in a bad mood.

How  realistic is it to expect to see McKeown and Morgan get some League time at CB?  I'd consider them to be CBs in the purest sense.

Notice:

The GAA's Medical Scientific & Welfare Committee have advised that the most effective way to identify risk is for players over the age of 14 to undergo cardiac screening.
Healthy Hearts, Healthy Lives is a mobile heart screening service, set up by former Armagh GAA players John and Tony McEntee, providing cardiac screening to help prevent sudden deaths in young people who may have"Sudden Adult Death Syndrome".
In recent years a number of high profile sports stars have died suddenly from Cardiac Conditions - Patrick Dinsmore, 16 yr old Co. Down GAA player in Aug 2010; Cormac McAnallen, died aged 24 in 2004; Irish Schools Rugby Captain John McCall, collapsed and died while playing for the Ireland under-19 team against New Zealand in Durban, South Africa, in March 2004; Marc Vivien Foe of Cameroon and Phil O'Donnell formerly of Glasgow Celtic. These deaths have led to calls for screening of sports people.

Experts believe that every week in the UK at least 12 apparently 'fit and healthy' young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions. A simple cardiac screen can identify such potentially life threatening conditions.

Healthy Hearts, Healthy Lives recommend individuals aged between 14 - 30 years old attend screening. The screening cost £35.00 per person, and takes five minutes to complete the non-invasive and pain free procedure.

Armagh Harps will consider arranging group sessions if enough interested parties are identified. If you are considering a screening please contact Colm O'Hare (mob: 07717731839)  or Tony Kelly (tonyarmagh@hotmail.com) for further details.

When did that phrase 'fit for purpose' enter into common usage?  Was it some of the free state politicians talking about the dept of finance down here about 2 months ago - I don't like it at all tbh, is it even gramatically correct?  Can the nordies not invent their own catchphrases?

Fit for purpose is a phrase hundreds of years old. Saw it written in correspondence between a soldier and his mother during the English Civil War re his living quarters.  And I wonder why noone wants to go out for a beer with me...

What about MOR Jr for the dirty ball winning role? He can take a score and has bit bit of vision and creativity about him.  Dromintee posters would be better place to say whether he is a good breaking ball winner.
