Just goes to show not everyone has the same feelings about them.

Upsetting your little narrow mind?
Aw diddums
No, but this country has some great musicians and singers. The fact that this was the best they could come up with is bonkers.
Quote from: Capt Pat on May 07, 2024, 10:22:45 PMThey made us wait until 9 of the 10 songs were picked. I was thinking here we go again.

But TSG said this was the first ever Munster football final to be played in Ennis?
Is that true ?
The crowds are small enough to hold it in Ennis anymore.
Yes. Anytime Clare played Kerry or Cork in Munster final usually played in the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick.
Quote from: Itchy on May 05, 2024, 09:24:48 PMI didn't see the game but I see Mayo yet again lost to the referee. When will the GAA do something about this? If its wasn't for bad referees Mayo would be unbeaten since 1884.
Quote from: Manning18 on May 05, 2024, 07:45:09 PMQuote from: From the Bunker on May 05, 2024, 07:08:12 PMBit of a joke near the end. Galway got the charity frees that helped them cross the line. Gough made so many bad calls earlier, that he did not know his arse from his elbow in how to even it up. A complete meltdown, Joyce got into his head from the sideline and he succumbed. Can happen to the best of us.
Embarrassing post. Mayo got absolutely ridiculous decisions from minute 20 to minute 70. Even the Mayo clowns around us were saying it
You honestly believe a couple of soft frees at the end made up for complete ridiculous one-sidedness for most of a game? Take your beating pal
Quote from: Brendan on May 05, 2024, 04:57:25 PMSarah barely celebrating that goal, is it because the season is done or is he on the way out??
Quote from: marty34 on May 05, 2024, 08:56:07 AMThe money that Dublin get isn't an issue for me.
In a lot of sports, teams have more money, resources and supporters etc. than other teams.
It's the use of Croke Park which, to me, gives them a huge advantage. More than anything else.
Quote from: Armagh18 on April 28, 2024, 06:56:48 PMWell done Dublin. Gutsy underdog through to another final!

Yea this is just a 'once in a generation' Dublin team. It'll be interesting to see the attendance today.
Quote from: Junior Ex Laoistalk on April 26, 2024, 10:40:12 PMCan anyone work out how Dublin are as good as they are? The template is there so why aren't other leinster counties copying it and competing with them?
My thoughts on it is that it's mostly down to an almost endless supply of money and a very good County board. The obscene amount of money they were granted by the GAA was used very wisely and they are still reaping the rewards of that investment, money is rolling in from sponsorship and things are only getting better for them. So what do other counties do or is it a lost cause.
Thoughts please.....
