Anyone privy to whatever suggestions/proposals/alternatives the CCCC might be putting to the Central Council on Saturday?

If Scheffler has acted the tool then I'll hold my hand up but reports suggest police were waving players in but didnt recognise Scheffler. No matter what it's still a huge over reaction by the cops.

Never mess with the cops in the states. That sort of reaction from them is normal.

Quote from: RedHand88 on Today at 10:21:34 AMIt's June in 2 weeks ffs. Why was it even left this late to begin with? Derry have their 6th found of club fixtures this weekend and have played more county games than us this year!
Don't be ridiculous. The May start has been the best thing Tyrone GAA have done in the last decade. The season has ran brilliantly the last two years with the Friday games and the May start date. League played through the best months of the year. Unfortunate change for Senior clubs having to wait an extra week this year but give me the current structure and calendar over a March/April start and lengthy gaps throughout the season.

Aye agree on the Friday nights, but last year club football went on to October, with training from January. So it's still taking up the most of the year.

No need to be training from January

The Outside Manager milking a club will disagree with you.

Cuffing people for driving on an extra 20 meters

He's lucky he didnt have a broken tail light, that allows the cops to stick the knee in the neck

Not sticking up for the Polis here, but somethings are well understood - not f**king around at the scene of an accident is one of them. Can only imagine that tensions were running high given there's some kind of accident that has led to an hour delay.

No one is saying there wasn't a accident in this case a loss of life, but enough of the cuffs and 'Back up or you're going to jail also!' crap

Whatever happened to 'Wooo big man, tell ya what it is, there's been a bad accident down there, someone has lost their life in a collision, do you mind waiting here till we sort it out? Cheers...

No lets go all nuke lol
