Sooner the better I say as O'Neills have had the monopoly for far too long!

O'Neills have had alot of competition in all fairness... I would however like to know the break-up of shirt revenue's back into the boards....




Qlso in relation to the three stripes in Ruling by the Irish Courts - Does it apply North of the Border... I am sure it would't  - so does any club in the north have three stripes

I know there was some issue this year with our club getting non-playing gear - AFAIK we weren't able to get o'neills gear with 3 stripes on it!

Ballinderry have it on their jerseys and I think Mayobridge as well. Strange scenario.

As for O'Neills having competition I don't think Azzuri or Gaelic Gear has made a significant impact in terms of the main contracts for highest selling jerseys, sliotars or footballs.

O'Neill's have had plenty of competition, but i'm not sure the competition was up to scratch. O'Neill's jerseys are by far the best. Gaelic Gear jersey's are awful in my opinion.

Also, i don't agree that the market should be open to non-Irish manufacturers - it is important that we support local people and local jobs. The likes of the big global manufactuers might do it cheaper, but they also might use sweatshops to do so.

Just wondering if Monaghan are set for a new jersey in 2009. We've had no change in 4 years now i think.

What Anto and Deco will be wearing from the O'Neills Summer 09 collection.

It's very pretty and obviously designed with Kylie and Charlene in mind rather than the mens senior players.....although Mark Vaughan would look very prizzy in it too.
