High standards? Have you watched them since Fergie has left? They had the same issues when Busby stepped down lol..

Utd's success will go in cycles like all teams do

I'm talking about their self proclaimed status as the biggest club in the world!  :)

Self proclaimed or media driven? Some fools out there will believe anything the PL media throw out.. Not you, you wouldn't fall into that trap ;D

What went down?
I will comment as I was there at the game.
At the gate where the players enter the pitch there were several (up to 10) people spectating who clearly had consumed alcohol before the game and were consuming it in plastic glasses during the game. Spectators shouting on the pitch happens everywhere but always seems worse when drink involved.
There were also 3-4 spectators drinking pints on the bank during the game, again not doing any different than other spectators who shout other than the fact they were clearly under the influence.
St Endas a top club but maybe should look at prohibiting supporters drinking alcohol during games while spectating, from what I seen nothing bad happened on Saturday but it could have. If you want to drink do it in the bar.

They loved it and obviously didn't get the references to the original series.
It's a bit of fun, solid 6/10 with some nostalgia thrown in for good measure.

I loved Tremors  ;D

Quote from: lenny on Today at 01:59:37 PMIt's almost impossible now for Derry to top the group. Even if Derry beat Armagh, and Armagh beat Galway, the fact we lost by 5 means we're more than likely gonna miss out on top spot on score difference. We probably have to beat Armagh by at least 6 and that just isn't going to happen realistically.

In the event of teams finishing on equal points in a Quarter-Final Group, the tie shall be decided by the following means and in the order specified:
(i) Where two Teams only are involved – the outcome of the meeting of the two Teams in the Group
(ii) Score difference – subtracting the total Scores against from the total Scores for.
(iii) Highest Total Score For
(iv) Highest Total Goals For
(v) A Play-Off

Presumably though Derry could also beat Westmeath by more than Armagh did.

The man has lived in Tyrone 25 years, I think he can be given a pass by now.

Quote from: illdecide on Today at 10:16:35 AMSo Derry are hosting Armagh on Sunday and hardly a post about it...Wow. Very low key

Both sides nervous perhaps?
I think injuries on both sides will play a major part here.
Is Rian O'Neill fit?
I haven't heard anything about any of the Derry injuries - Conor Doherty, Eoin McEvoy, Niall O'Loughlin, Cormac Murphy were all out injured the last day out. If all return, the pendulum swings for Derry.
Haven't heard anything about McKinless, but assuming he's got a 2 game suspension.

I'm going to guess we hear nothing official from either side on injuries and we won't know what the lineups will look like until throw in - so its a difficult game to call.

In my opinion, a full strength Derry at home beats a full strength Armagh 9/10 times. It's a must win game for Derry if they have any aspirations of topping the group.
We'll just have to wait and see on this one I think as there are two many unknowns in terms of injuries to call it.

It's almost impossible now for Derry to top the group. This is the the type of person "Christian" conservatives vote for. Tell me this, if you lived in Gaza and were fit and able, how could you not join Hamas when you see what is going on around you.

Maybe now some of you will believe myself and J70 (when it comes to how the Democrats and Republicans differ when it comes to Gaza)

Democrats just gave them the bombs and Haley wrote a message on it. Which is worse? Yanks are morons in general.

Believe whatever you want

If Haley and the republicans were in power the bombs would still be raining down on refugee camps in Rafah and Gaza.

Both Republicans and the Democrats are pieces of shít.
