Quote from: RedHand88 on Today at 08:42:17 AMAm I the only one who thinks this will be alot closer than what people think?
I'm just thinking of 2019 and the echo chamber on Twitter. There was speculation it could be no overall majority like 2017 (was 9/4 with the bookies) and the Tories ended up with a majority of 80!

I think there's going to be a complete obliteration, and we are unlikely the see the Tories contend for power again until the 2040s.

The parties themselves know it. The MSM know it. Twitter is now just polarised opinions instead of one way opinions, and isn't relevant.

It's a formality.

The key outcome in our futures isn't the result of this election, but when (if) Labour begin to implement socialist policies. I'd prefer they want hard and quick at it, but a slow bleed over the next decade  is the more prudent approach in a country that innately is not socialist.

Someone stated that Murnin and O'Neill both out injured and both are named in the starting 15, KMcG could be bluffing too off course. Should be a tight game and wouldn't rule out a draw, if Armagh can keep Shane McGuigan quiet they have a chance but that's pretty hard to do as he's a class act TBF.
Haven't bought a ticket yet and won't decide until tomorrow due to a few factors so hoping it's not too late, i've heard ticket sales are slow enough so far so hopefully it's not an issue

Co-incides with US Election

*Glass Shatters*

Stone Cold Theme hits and Big Don who's been re-elected comes down the ramp to hit a Stunner on Netanyahu and tell him to stop acting the twat

Of all the outcomes of Trump getting re-elected, him putting the breaks on the Netanyahu regime is about the least plausible.

I think we all know Trump if re-elected won't stop the bombing of Gaza one bit and the only thing that MAY differentiate the Republicans and Biden is that Biden wouldn't allow a Nuclear strike like that monstrosity Lindsey Graham suggested.

US foreign policy since WW2 has been very divisive and dangerous in various regions throughout the world and led to the deaths of millions at this stage.

The Russians and the Chinese couldn't hold a candle to them.

Some piece of work. No question he's the worst president in the history of United states of America.

Yet, with the current state of the world, he's a good bet to double down on that. We could be in for a dark next five years.

Yet all the war started after he left office??

Not sure where you've been but the US have been involved directly or indirectly in hundreds of wars for many decades

Living under a rock he's been?  and within the first two years of Trumps administration, Trump launched far more drone and lethal strikes than Obama in his full term.

Whereas Obama merely destabilised the whole middle east and North Africa.

So you still standing by your first post lol?

Not sure who drops out for him though. Same with Oisin O'Neill and Nugent both definitely deserve starts.

I've no doubt that the gap will close the closer it gets to the GE. Those usual Tory voters will get itchy feet and the media will find some mud to sling at Labour.
