Watched Episode 6 of True Detective, unbelievable.  Can't wait for the next two so have them on disc here for tonight.  Noticed Dion Dublin there, uncanny resemblence.

Thought the same myself . Up to episode 6 really enjoying it. Mc Conaghey is brilliant in it imo

great show, best I have seen since the wire, takes things to a new level, cant see how they could top that season though.

I enjoyed it as well, but couldn't stop thinking martin freeman just isn't as good as william H macy at that character. Very hard to believe anyone else doing the role

Agree with all of this. Watched it tonight and really enjoyed it but agree Freeman is a weak link.

After watching the first series on Sky Arts & the hoors not showing the 2nd, I bought Hatufim / Prisoners of War Boxset (directly from Israel, customs charge of £12 too the bastids). For anyone who watched series 1, series 2 is just f**king superb.

(This is the show that Homeland is based on).

I've never seen the film so I didn't think Freeman was that bad as I wasn't comparing him to the original.
