The substitutes dont bother me in the slightest, taking Ronaldo off after coming back from injury is a move that wouldnt be blinked at had it happened at any other club.

After shipping a 2 goal lead the game before, makes sense to protect what they had in terms of a lead to build confidence.

2 points off 4th place with the way they have been playing says a lot about the league never mind United.

Hopefully a goal for Rashford and Greenwood will instil some sort of confidence in them for a big game at the weekend.

Elanga really shouldn't have been able to score that goal, his first touch took the ball way into the air yet for some reason the keeper never came to take it and the young lad finished calmly enough. Looks to have something about him.

Ronaldo actually played for the team more especially in the second half, nice chest control for Fernandez to put a goal on a plate for Greenwood.

Better team play all round which considering the very selfish play vrs Villa should be a good sign for Manure.

Much improved team performance. Although we were toothless up front, they actually performed. Let's hope the improvement continues. Important win. Rashford 2 goals off the bench in last 2 games can only help his confidence. All 3 substitutes contributed to the goal

The results in general cant be faulted really and he is keeping them in touch with top 4 ambitions even in a wreck of a season.

The performance level and system of play is still well below where it would be expected to be.
