its a similar scene but a good bit better,  as in more original - better plots, his sidkick in the early era had more about him.  The hallmark swedish cop. drama series is Wallander, Beck is way off that pace.

Cheers. Might give it a lash and then move onto Wallander as pretty sure I've only seen a few of the Swedish version (seen all the Branaghs).

Pretty much all of Shane Meadows' stuff is brilliant check out The Virtues and Dead Mans Shoes!

Dead Man's Shoes is brilliant.
Haven't watched This is England. Must try it out.

One of my older kids is now of an age to watch the Walking Dead, so I started it with him the other night. He loves it, and to be fair, the early seasons were quite good.

Very funny satire about rich white people and their interactions with the staff at an exclusive hotel in Hawaii.

Aussie actor, Murray Bartlett is hilarious as the brown-nosing hotel manager falling off the wagon when he scores a lost backpack full of drugs.
