Never mess with the cops in the states. That sort of reaction from them is normal.

Quote from: RedHand88 on Today at 10:21:34 AMIt's June in 2 weeks ffs. Why was it even left this late to begin with? Derry have their 6th found of club fixtures this weekend and have played more county games than us this year!
Don't be ridiculous. The May start has been the best thing Tyrone GAA have done in the last decade. The season has ran brilliantly the last two years with the Friday games and the May start date. League played through the best months of the year. Unfortunate change for Senior clubs having to wait an extra week this year but give me the current structure and calendar over a March/April start and lengthy gaps throughout the season.

Aye agree on the Friday nights, but last year club football went on to October, with training from January. So it's still taking up the most of the year.

No need to be training from January

The Outside Manager milking a club will disagree with you.

Cuffing people for driving on an extra 20 meters

He's lucky he didnt have a broken tail light, that allows the cops to stick the knee in the neck

Not sticking up for the Polis here, but somethings are well understood - not f**king around at the scene of an accident is one of them. Can only imagine that tensions were running high given there's some kind of accident that has led to an hour delay.

No one is saying there wasn't a accident in this case a loss of life, but enough of the cuffs and 'Back up or you're going to jail also!' crap

Whatever happened to 'Wooo big man, tell ya what it is, there's been a bad accident down there, someone has lost their life in a collision, do you mind waiting here till we sort it out? Cheers...

No lets go all nuke lol

Quote from: tiempo on Today at 01:14:33 PMCome to think of it, did Lorcan Quinn ever get a minute for Tyrone while on the panel, and how long was he on the panel, anyone from Donaghmore able to confirm? Was definitely there in 2021 - did he seriously just train and sit on the bench for every game for 3 and a half years, while also being unable to play for club?
He played McKenna cup at some stage either 2022 or 2023.

Also as for the Feile, complete disgrace how Sarsfield's conducted themselves some of our adult mentors even getting assaulted by their U15's

Cargin also scored a few late goals when the game was dead to put a gloss on the scoreline??

I was at it and your source has gave you a phoney account.
Listen I have seen many people comment on here within last 12 months about Bakers negative tactics, I commented something similar after watching them last night.
Ballymena scored their goal along with 3 or 4 points in the last 10 mins, Cargin were 7 points up at half time ended up scoring 6 goals, could have been 10. Just being honest.

You should have went yourself rather than rely on wee Paddy's report.
Ballymena are a well organsised team to be fair to them, just prob need to work on the fitness to keep the lung busting forward runs required up for 60mins
All hail the great glorious Cargin

The dominant force with one victory in Ulster
Think you need to remove the obvious dislike for your neighbours 667 and think again.....the 'dominant force'has more than a single win in Ulster......

Quote from: JPGJOHNNYG on Today at 01:05:58 PMSorry not having that the police need a bit of sense too. The poor guy is just trying to get to the tournament, he has an early tee off time. The police should have quickly made some arrangements for the players etc to get in FFS. I guess with his new beard he looks like a terrorist so that makes it ok

Big statement given there's no information on the accident, or what Scheffler actually did with his vehicle.

Worst case scenario assuming loss of life I think catering to the professional athletes would be a secondary objective.

Time will tell.

A pedestrian was killed so getting the players in probably wasn't their no.1 priority in fairness.
