No loss. Some players tanrished their legacy by taking the dirty money.
Not sure that will keep them up at night. There is a way back from the high profile fellas like Mickelson, DJ, Rahm, Bryson, Brooks, Hatton etc. and they'll definitely add to the PGA Tour, but what the hell does someone like GMAC do now? Just count your cash?!

Just watched Fitzpatrick's 4 iron on the play off hole...incredible!

I noticed he held his hand to his ear after the winning putt, was he getting a lot of shit?

Eh.. he's a civil auld cratur from beyond Belleek. Just ehh minding his business and minding his sheep
I mind me a time I had a mind to recall, how three little words could be your downfall.

What's this about then?

Fitzpatrick never fails to remind me of a character in an excellent poem by the imitable Declan Forde. The Belleek One.

Was that similar to the prices in New York last time?

I know its a bucket list thing to do but flip! Couldn't justify that

The price for those tickets are very hard to justify. I went to the K Club on the Friday and found there was a lot of sitting about (in what was a very showery day) to see very little golf. Obviously, only 4 groups on the course at any one time and with massive crowds we had to sit at one green for some hours before they came through.

I was at the 1st tee for Darren Clarke which was a very memorable occasion but I wouldn't be putting my hand in the pocket for it again.
Keep your pecker hard and your powder dry and the world will turn.

Fogarty

Rip off prices. I hope the organisers get burned by poor ticket sales.

In other earth shattering news, Graeme McDowell's Smash GC has rebranded as Oklahoma GC (OKGC).

What is the f**king point  ;D

Puckoon

McIntyre doubling down in recent interviews discussing how he won't change and almost suggesting the Masters get over itself with the focus on a few of his meltdowns being disappointing to him. The focus that is, not the behaviour. I am curious about his invite status next season if his bottom line is "this is who I am, get over it". Could be one of the famous "we understand it may not be in your, or our, best interests for you to attend", letters.

Bigger names than Bobby Mac have ended up having to toe the line for the benevolent dictators in Georgia.

Shambles from the start. Westwood, Gmac, Poulter, Stenson - all taking the soup, all doubling down, tripling down. 4 European legacies that would have been jockeying for Ryder cup leadership for decades and now they won't ever get a chance. Luke Donald has the legacy now.

No idea what to do with all my Smash GC gear now.

Anyone trying to or succeeded in getting Ryder Cup tickets?

I imagine that, as the waiting list has frozen, they've all gone by now.

Shamrock Shore

Got in eventally. Only practice days left. Me arse.

Anyone know JP?
