He couldn't even make the spain team until Villa got injured, I would expect my best player in the world to be a shoo-in for any team.

I think that's why Spain waited no time in getting shot of Aragones!
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

Iniesta and Xavi where at least as impressive as Fabregas in the tournament - Xavi was the player of the tournament, albeit with greater game time.

Not that I think it but im surprised none of the plastic scousers have said nando yet

Ronaldo is a class act, but like many sporting legends an arrogant p***k. He is easily the best Man U player since Cantona and probably better.

better than uncle eric by a mile in fairness, you have to remember the football landscape when Cantona was about, teams like Norwich were pushing United for the title. cantona was always found wanting in Europe

Cantona was absolutely brilliant at United and to me is at least the equal of Ronaldo in terms of his OT legacy. If Ronaldo fulfills his contract he will be probably be seen as the fourth best player ever to play for the club behind Charlton, Edwards & Keane. If by some miracle he played beyond that he could push Best as the greatest ever United player.

Keane? Giggs has been a far more influential player in his time at United and a better pro, puts the team first.

QuoteEven as a United fan, in the last two champions league semifinals, Ronaldo has been on the opposing side to both Kaka and Messi and over the two legs both players outshone him.

Kaka didn't have a great season last year but I would still have him in the United team before Ronaldo (although both in the samw side wouldn't be bad).  I would expect a rejuvenated Ronaldinho to regain his title though in the coming months!  Ronaldo would be behind both and Messi would be in there aswell.
