Most of my clients are in San Francisco and I have noticed over the last few years clients and colleagues alike (usually those younger than 40) are putting their pronouns in their email signature.

Yet to have someone state their pronouns on a call or in an in person meeting.

Yip. I read it an actual newspaper and had to hunt it out online.

Correct. I often don't notice or pay attention, but if it is important to someone I certainly respect that

This is in no way uncommon whatsoever.

A GoFundMe for Jonathan Ross, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer who fatally shot Renee Good, has raised more than $750,000 as of Thursday night for him.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

They'll be shooting more women if that's the current rate for blasting someone's brains
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Quote from: AustinPowers on January 16, 2026, 10:42:07 AMWhere do you stand  on the wife not taking the husbands  surname?

Or  the husband taking the wife's surname?

When I brought up the topic the other day with a disgruntle taxi lad he reckons a woman doesn't have a surname. Her maiden name is the surname of her father.

Literally just read it in The Times. Bonkers stuff. I thought and had hoped that we were passed this madness with the gender recognition stuff in the courts.

In previous times a federal agent wouldn't be allowed take it. We live in different times.

I take your word for it

Just seems odd  to me.  It would seem akin to  putting  "3 A-Levels" or "Tottenham fan" after a  signature.

Definitely don't see it as often now but Ziggy, previously of this parish, proudly clarifies that he's a he/him on this Twitter account.

Really not the same, and not a big deal to accommodate.

I know the world seems couped in many ways and it is , but take a minute to think about this one, shoot a woman in the face 3 times (videoed for the world to see) and collect 3/4 of a million dollars... This is Trumpland. It really is beyond fiction / satire etc etc.. When you think your mind can't be blown
