Yet to have someone state their pronouns on a call or in an in person meeting.

Correct. I often don't notice or pay attention, but if it is important to someone I certainly respect that

When I brought up the topic the other day with a disgruntle taxi lad he reckons a woman doesn't have a surname. Her maiden name is the surname of her father.

I know the world seems couped in many ways and it is , but take a minute to think about this one, shoot a woman in the face 3 times (videoed for the world to see) and collect 3/4 of a million dollars...
