Yeah, your immune system is not prepared for novel flu strains which is why vaccines help massively. It isnt 100% effective but a hospital trip this time of year is a death sentence for a lot of people.

"Your body needs these cytokines to ward off viruses. It's essential to immune response but can become toxic in large amounts," he said. IFN-gamma secreted in large amounts, however lofty its purpose, can trigger myocarditis-like symptoms and degradation of structural heart muscle proteins".

Myocarditis risk: one in every 140,000 vaccinees after a first dose and rises to one in 32,000 after a second dose. For reasons that aren't clear, incidence peaks among male vaccinees age 30 or below, at one in 16,750 vaccinees

Did you read the article? Don't think it's as big a bombshell as you think it is. Might have been one for the hmmm that's interesting thread instead with the fact that it is more prevalent in young males

"Medical scientists are quite aware that COVID itself can cause myocarditis," Wu said. "To a lesser extent, so can the mRNA vaccines. The question is, why?"

And

"But COVID's worse," he added. A case of COVID-19 is about 10 times as likely to induce myocarditis as an mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccination, Wu said. That's in addition to all the other trouble it causes."

Myocarditis, and Pericarditis, while not initially, are listed as potential side effects of the vaccine

Do either of you fully understand Cytokine response/storm?

Could have ended very badly for that guy, thankfully the shooter seemed unprepared and didnt have a knife / handgun back up.

Heroic deed

Yeah, especially with him holding the gun after he took it off the shooter.

Cops could have shot him thinking, as he was holding the gun, that he was the shooter.

Quote from: seafoid on December 14, 2025, 10:32:14 AMIt looks like an antisemitic attack.

Looks that way and absolutely an awful tragedy for all concerned.

However on the basis of the group that appears to have been  targeted world leaders will be falling over themselves to condemn it.

No doubt the media will bring on contributors who would have you believe Jews are the most victimised group of people  in the history of mankind.

Took longer than I thought for a "however" post.  ::) I know of a few Irish people on the beach at the time, they would have been safe though, I'm sure it was very targeted  :(

Aussie gov faked an AS inspired attack to introduce hate speech laws.

Organised crime was involved and the NSW premier and his staffers simply didnt show up to the inquiry.
