On the face of it this seems ridiculous however the question is did this Garda break rules and make a dangerous situation worse. What if these boys (who I couldn't care less about) smashed into a car with young kids and killed them. Gardai have rules about engaging in chases and they have to have to de risk serious situations. BTW, I don't know any details of this case but just giving a potential scenario where it might be correct to charge the Garda.

Yeah you have a point, thankfully only ones killed are no loss.

Not sure where to put this but heading back home the other night, straight after a game, still dressed in ref gear, whistle still round neck.

But going well over the limit on the motorway.. blue lights flashing in background, I'm generally just over limit but on this occasion I'm just lost listening to music and going beat too fast

But as I'm dressed in full gear, he starts talking GA!!
