Ref had an absolute mare at the end of the third. AJs gloves touched down and they started the count over the speaker but ref did nothing and Dubois was able to whale on him.

100%. His movement remains horrendous.

Honest to god when you think of it, the Brits very much have a price and its never been lower, how much would (will) they sell out the 6 counties for.
