Was that 2 points for a sideline?

He gave mccarthy & monaghan a few handy frees coming out from defence but that was definitely a free

Noel was a good neighbor to us today but that last foul was a stonewall foul, a contender for  stonewalliest foul of the game.

You can't score 2 points from a sideline ball so assuming it was a free?

Can't have any complaints about the free being given there it was a stonewaller. Not too many in Ireland make that two pointer but Beggan is a special player.

Also if Armagh don't win it from here, they never will. No disrespect to Down and Monaghan but Armagh would be expected to win those games.

Just checked the rules. You can get 2 from a sideline

Think it was a sideline!
Linesman seems to signal it - and seems to warn player about not breaking the line!

We don't cope well as favourites. Monaghan are a massive bogey team for us, if we manage to get past Down I'd probably rather Derry, we've totally outclassed them the last couple of times we've met

Since the 2 pointer came in, it was 2 all last year too.  Any score over the bar from outside the arc is 2 pts, the only exception is a 45

It wpuld.be some disaster if Armagh dont win Ulster now. Pressures on

Schkite

Sure that was Monaghan's Ulster final today. The winners of Armagh/Down will surely win at a canter

Orior

Very entertaining match for a neutral. Monaghan might improve after that.

I agree if Armagh dont win it this year it'll be a different generation will have to. I think we'll embrace the pressure. Hubris all round.
