Quote from: Fuzzman on March 20, 2026, 02:40:43 PMMust be very frustrating for Derry fans trying to decide which is better getting to a Div 2 final or helping putting Tyrone in grave danger of Tailteann Cup football.
With a Tyrone manager at the helm and them depending on us beating Cork it sure does lead to an entertaining day on Sunday.
One question I have though. If Tyrone should finish 6th & Kildare 7th, do the winners of Div 3 final then go into that 7th position or does Tyrone slip to 7th (as Kildare qualify) and Div 2 winners into 8th for the purpose of the All Ireland?
I presume not.

Will be tough on Down if they go through the whole league unbeaten. Lose the Div 3 final and miss out on the All Ireland

Best case scenario, Tyrone and Derry win and we go up.

Most other scenarios, we're starting div 2 next year with two guaranteed points.

You lot are so irrelevant now it's actually a bit sad. Must remind you of your days in the college in the 90s.

Oh my. Why do Tyrone live rent free in Derry heads? I honestly couldn't care less if Derry go up, down or stay in division 2.
Is it because yous are 21 years and counting behind us in the hunt for Sams?

Away out of here with that. Tyronies have spend the last 3 years throwing stones at Derry and taking great pleasure out of the situation they found themselves in esp. with the appointment of MoR. Chickens come home to roost now and Tyrone can't wait to get rid of him.

Cork look much bigger physically than Tyrone.

Derry and Cavan both very poor so far.

Is there a wind in Omagh?

bennydorano

They wouldn't win the Tailteann atm, look woeful and playing with the wind by looks of it. 6.3 to cork

DaleCooper

DC taking on 2 pt effort on his left a bit silly. Kennedy with speculative effort. Sideline flags show little wind.

Brendan

Derry coming to life now after a poor start
