Does the square ball rule still exist?  I can't remember the last time a square ball was given in any match. Thought it looked like a straight lift off the ground as well in the lead up.  We had 3 or 4 really good chances outside the disallowed one and couldn't take any. Conceding 2 or 3 a game means we need to be sticking a couple away ourselves or relying on a lot of two pointers.

Roscommon deserved the two points. The disallowed goal 4 point swing in game I expect Armagh win game if it stands. Some of defending first half very poor there was a time Tk nearly jumped out of the road of a block and another time McCabe just stood off Cregg and allowed him tap the ball over. Worrying 6 goals against and none scored last two games. Turbitts form is a bit worrying was decent first day against an inexperienced Monaghan defence been poor last couple games. McQuillan is some threat under these rules. Good get Crealey and McMullan minutes would expect they will need play next week.

Still buzzing from the first half, still trying to recover from the 2nd.
Ould lads at half time struggling to find a better half of football by Ros in their long memories.

A lot done with 10 young lads playing their first Senior games but a lot to do.

Wasn't a square ball having watched it back. Can't tell on the replay in regards the breach but apparently Armagh had just two players back and no excuse or blaming the ref for that poor play.

As McGeeney said the opening 25 minutes was like Armagh didn't leave the hotel and proved costly after a good fight back.

Tougher to stay up now after back to back defeats, need to bounce back with a win against Donegal next.

Roscommon excellent in the first half hour and fully deserved their win.  Nothing below should detract from that.

Armagh a shambles in the first 25 minutes and will need a massive improvement. Second half was poor enough by both teams.  Couple of key players need back as well.

Very poor decision making throughout.

The new rules (with the exception of the solo and go) are a bollocks when at matches. Very hard to know what's happening in large parts of the games. They also I feel diminish the quality of the matches and make the conditions a far bigger factor.

Whos bright idea was it for the change in the hooter rule. Nothing but shithousery to kill games now in the last 3 mins. Kicking a 2pt free not worth 2 either.
