Lucky boy. But feck all contact not the sort of thing you want to see red cards for. Fair play to Haaland for not going down screaming, I'd say if he did it's a red.

Watched MotD...Haaland shoved yer man and then started the (lead with the) head action

Is the height of it

Credit to Haaland, the right decision by the ref in fairness, two of them at it

Ten point gap from Utd/Villa to Chelsea in 6th, surely means CL is more or less secure?  The last minute Liverpool win sets them up for 5th, maybe.

The race for 6th is so tight, with about 5 or 6 teams able to take it.  Could be interesting it that became a CL spot too.

Can 6th be CL?
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

If Arsenal win the whole thing does it? Wild that theres only 3 points between 6th and 12th

I think it's possible if Villa win the Europa League, but I am not 100% on that.

I think the only way England get a 6th spot is if Nottingham Forest win the Europa League.
On another note if Nottingham Forest do win it and are also relegated have a team ever played in the Champions League that weren't in their domestic top league.

Gabriel made a forward movement towards Haaland should have been a red.  Gabriel being out for 3 games would make Arsenal vulnerable.  They have a pretty handy run in against teams in poor form or nothing to play for outside of West Ham.

Mourne Red

Only possible if Villa finish 5th and win the Europa league.

The extra spot England get for coefficient would go to 6th as Villa would take a spot as cup holders.

Hoping Villa finish top 4 so them Chelsea tramps get hit financially.

They are 5 points ahead of Tottenham

This is it exactly. And Villa 5th while winning Europa is not an unlikely outcome. Every team as low as Fulham in 12th still has a shot at Champions League qualification.

Martinez got red and a 3 game ban for touching a hair bobble. Gabriel  chucking his head about and getting a yellow.  The lack of consistency highlighted in a week.

Opta stats still has Arsenal favourites to win the league due to easier run-in,  as you said things would have been a whole lot more interesting with Gabriel out for 3 games
