Lampard was the manager, they won promotion, if it was so well run for five years but took Lampard to actually get them over the line..

Otherwise well run clubs up and down the country wouldn't need a manager at all

Leeds safe. Between Hammers, Forest and Spurs now for the uncoveted last ticket to championship. If that result at Elland Road can't rise those players in the Spurs dressing room for the match now, nothing can.

Not a huge fan of Lampard but deserves credit for promotion. I'll hold judgement on him for how he performs in the PL. It's possible in any walk of life to learn from your past mistakes and grow, and Lampard certainly has form in proving the doubters wrong. So wouldn't be too quick to write him off.

Millwall might be up with them too. PL next year could have a 90's feel to it.

Captain Obvious

Tottenham concede in added time to draw 2-2 at home to Brighton.

What was Simons doing celebrating like he had scored a last minute winner in the World Cup final, with still 15+ mins to go?!

That's Spurs race run now. That goal in injury will knock the stuffing completely out of them. Forest and West Ham with winnable games tomorrow and Monday. Be a massive gap considering Spurs haven't won a game since the end of December. I don't see how they make the gap up.

Captain Scarlet

West Ham seem to be picking up and Forest have more fight in them too.

Spurs are getting the stuffing knocked out of them and never really fancy it...

them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

Absolutely,what a pleb.
You're in a relegation fight, get the ball, get the match restarted and try get a 3rd.

For some reason that Simons performance last 20 really annoyed me. A lot of his antics seemed very performative and contrived. Constantly throwing his arms around and his eyes to heaven. Then the cramp. Couldn't help out defensively but last ball in the box, suddenly got a miraculous burst of energy and had to throw himself into the middle of a promising Spurs attack. Had he not interfered, Spurs had a free man left of the square and a certain free shot on goal. If you really can't walk, away TF out of the way.

1-1 at half time in the must win for Man City and must avoid defeat for Arsenal.

City goal on 65 mins, moments before it Arsenal had a few big chances to score.

City win 2-1.  Havertz missed a big chance in added time to make it 2-2.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Looking forward to Arsenal Fan Tv and all their streamers videos tonight!!!

Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.

Brilliant cross from Trossard. Havertz should have buried that with no one near him eight yards out.

When it was flashed in I thought it was a half chance but the angle from behind shows it was a bad miss

Look-Up!

Pundits saying Arsenal showed up today but I thought they lacked a lot of quality compared to City. Only one team looked like PL champions, the other? Functional would be the best way to describe them. Some of the gunners severely lacking in strength and desire on the ball and especially second balls. Still not out of it but City will need to slip up. Maybe Rodri going off a glimmer for Arteta. But PP must be seriously kicking themselves tonight for paying out on that Jonah.
