Quote from: Captain Scarlet on November 29, 2024, 10:51:59 PMSadly there are too many Gen Z and Millenials (I am one) more concerned with Trump than voting here.

A lot of the older people interviewed by RTE were happy with things. That's it.

100% this. Alot of them would know Trump but couldn't name you Simon Harris.

Probably best that those people don't vote then, no?

I think it's going to be very difficult to form a stable government. It's looking like 4 parties to make a coalition and FG and the Soc Dems aren't natural bedfellows. Another election...??

Would that give you anything more stable ?
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

ff/sf is a natural if mm woukd wake up and see the senselessness of his comments which is actually ignoring 1/5 of the electorate

Would SF/FF + others be any closer to a majority? I don't think so.

Five more years! Five more years!

At least Hutch will make it more entertaining.

Out of 7800 tally in Ros/Gal looks like Fitzmaurice and Kerrane to retain seats with a battle between FF and FG for the 3rd.
Eugene Murphy not in the running.
Thankfully only 80 votes for the 2 fascists.

Not sure of the geography of the votes tallied though.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

And ignore the FG fifth instead??

In total? Just shows how vocal a tiny tiny minority are.

That was out of 7,800.
About 1% which is about what they are.

Update now 137 out of almost 13,000.
Seems Donnelly in trouble in Wicklow.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.
