No. I never heard of her. Just caught  a headline of what she said. But I've heard  it said before about  weather control.

Apart from seeding clouds for a localized shower, the only thing I can think of would be to start massive wildfires where the smoke/particulates might affect local temperatures by blocking out the sun for a short time.

Light years away from what that dumb-as-a-bag-of-hammers racist congresswoman is saying though.

Ironically, she was accusing the Rothschilds of starting wildfires a couple of years ago using satellite-mounted lasers in order to clear land for high speed rail.

Speaking of the  sex pistols,  John Lydon spoke out about  Jimmy Saville  and what he was up to, back in the late 70's , and was subsequently banned from  the BBC for years.  Turns out, he was telling the truth. I suppose back then  he was looks upon as a nut, a conspiracy theorist, or whatever. Over 30 years after that Saville died , with no prosecutions

Makes you wonder  how far up the Saville thing went, when it was  very clear to  a lot of people that he was up to jo good. I'm  guessing very very high
