I think is a bit more nuanced than that. Anyway looks like Ireland is not full as far right would tell us.

yeah 100%. Serious amount of people in their 20's/30's can't afford to move out, naturally enough that'll put them off having children

Different issue which I'm not getting into here but I don't think that's true. Checked there and there were 3200 traveled to Britain in 2016, other years seem to be in around 5000, whereas last year there were 10800 carried out in Ireland.

Working people you mean. If you want to let the tax payer pick up the slack you can have as many as you want.
