If you go by UK charts they and a lot of Irish bands including Hothouse Flowers, the Frank and Walters, maybe even Clannad, would be one hit wonders.

Forgot to mention Jilted John (Gordon is a Moron) which caused a lot of bad blood between Ros and Kerry in 1978 when a gang of young lads changed the words to Ogie is a Moran in the Ceannáras Cup final that preceded the All-Ireland U21 final.
