Really ::) Can no one make a point without this sorta boneheaded shite?

says the lad throwing around anti semitic charges with no evidence
I refer you to my earlier post about how one particular park with an overtly Jewish name was suddenly worthy of investigating. That's where that initial process has gotten us. As well as being antisemitic it is also petty, performative, embarrassing, childish, and in the long run probably counter productive.
No one cares what his religion is ffs.

pure conjecture. that is not evidence.

There is a plaque in the park stating it is named after the former president of Israel. The current president who is over seeing a genocide and ethic cleansing is a Herzog. Not a leap at all to see why people might have looked into this Herzog.

Almost a year before it got media attention, the process started at renaming the park, there is an online petition that sets out why they wanted the name change, the reasons are not anti semitic. However you choose  to  smear people as anti semitic.

it wasn't the only park up for re naming either. Also there was a recent name change to a library in trinity it wasn't considered sectarian just because the person was protestant.

Irish really dont seem to understand the risk they are taking. All for some symbolic "win".

Compare Israels US influence to South Africa. And these people are infamous for petty revenge.

What risk is that? Zionism seems to have everyone running scared.. US, UK, FIFA, the Vatican...
F*** them and their risk..

You do know what Zionism is? The Israeli genocide machine is controlled by Zionism. Not all Jews support what they are doing.

Herzl and son are/were ethnic cleansers and Jewish supremacists.  In Zionist terms a Herzl park would extend as far as Terenure. No compensation would be paid. Anyone objecting would be accused of antisemitism.

A way out of the mess would be to rename the park in favour of a non Zionist Jew such as Albert Einstein.

Can you answer me how things are better for Syrians with the CIA trained, former ISIS 2nd in command, former FBI most wanted, now US backed leader Jolani in charge?

It's a genuine question. No doubt Assad was evil and a dictator but the same people aghast at him don't seem to be as bothered by a depraved ISIS extremist now ruling the roost who has

The world is a funny place I suppose. So many contradictions.

Syria is not trendy, Palestine is trendy, Gaza deaths matter, Syrian don't

Though you can add in the continuous daily murders and genocide's throughout Africa..

None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

I believe you misunderstand the point.

Syrian deaths mattered when they had a Russian aligned madman dictator in charge but they no longer matter to those same people now some US backed ISIS fanatic has taken charge and agreed to be a Western puppet.

Generally you will find those most vocal on Ukraine aren't that bothered about Gaza. I find that the most incredible of contradictions. There is no parallel to the suffering the Palestinians have to endure with what Ukrainians have had to. It's not close, it is not comparable but some people believe the media outlets who tell them it was Hamas who bombed a hospital 2 years ago and talked about babies being raped and incinerated in ovens by Palestinians.

Your Piers Morgans of this world are very heavily compromised. Yeah we have posters parroting that complete propaganda and hypocrisy on this forum which I find chilling and scarey. Thankfully they are a minority in the population but worryingly it is the mindset of centre right neo liberal politicians who run governments. Amoral people who are bought and paid for.

How's your mate Mick Wallace getting on? You're a big fan of him.

Banks of the Bann

This clown HOG still at it with the Ukraine vs Gaza suffering.

Russia has pretty much committed every war crime going in Ukraine.

You don't know about it cause you don't care about it.

Just like you didn't care about the suffering in Assad's Syria and the suffering in Iran and any other enemy of the west.

Blind eye turned, excuses made, tired propaganda spread.

You're a tankie, when it comes to people vs the despicable regime they are forced to live under, you'll side with the regime. Every time.
