Some think he should change his style to suit these players.  Ten hagnsupposedly had a style, we never saw it as he tried to suit players who threw him under the bus anyway. And he was also shit .
Don't bow to these wasters  take the pain and get rid of as many of them as you can.

Of course he's going to say that

Buying himself time, sensibly

I used to think  it was the players that were the problem  (and there are a lot of bigheads). Now I'm not so sure .  Surely someone can get a tune out of  these bunch?

You have Nunes at forest, Glasner at Palace  got their teams playing  good football (with supposedly lesser players, and most   they inherited from previous managers ), so  who is the problem, really?

I'm all for giving Amorim a chance , but fans and owners will only put up with bad results for so  long before a change is inevitable

They'd 6 wins out of 7 or something in January. Still in a couple of cups, think they're on the right track but he's right, will be pain but he's worth sticking with

I don't see any other option than sticking with him, it's a proper reset that is required and I think he is up for the challenge.

Probably surprised him what a shambles the squad really is.

They won 4 games in January, a fifth on penalties. Two of those wins were the comeback against last placed Southampton and the last gasp win over barely Championship standard Rangers. Another was the Fulham win where they were comfortably second best all night. The only game they won in any sort of positive light is the one in Bucharest.

I'd not be racing to look at January as some sort of inflection point.

Yeah true but better than losing the 5! Get to the end of the season, not going to get relegated or get to European spot, after that it doesnt really matter, hopefully get a decent run in both cups.

Get a few more donkeys shipped out and players in that suit the system in the summer

Riddle me this Utd fans, who in the current squad would you keep?

It's an easier question to ask than who would you replace.

Watched that and thought it was even and boring contest short on any chances. Only goal a deflected strike and Fulham had one big chance cleared off the line.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Not quite a squad overhaul, is it?

thewobbler

United can't afford a squad overhaul. They need to bring money in before they can spend, or at least at the same time.

I've no idea how Chelsea got around this last year all the same

Deerstalker

At some stage you have to coach what you have, set them up how you want them. What manager doesent inherit players at the start ?

I can see Amorim being under an element of pressure next season if it doesent go great.

Agreed. Plenty of the others you wouldnt mind seeing go but the ones you've crossed out there offer nothing at the minute.

Na they've got away with that shite too long. It's not as though he's asking that much of them.
