Rojo looks determined to try and get Christmas off with his two footed tackles.

Pogba very lucky not to be sent off for a dive last night as well.

He has been guilty in the past but definitely not last night if it's the incident I'm thinking of. The defender was cute and held his ground well. Pogba was steaming forward looking for the return and got tossed with a slight nudge. Not a free, not a dive.

Whats a dive these days?

Pogba was booked against West Ham for a dive when if he stayed upright he'd have been fouled which Noble confirmed after the match. Coquelin wasn't touched by Jagielka for the free that led to Arsenal's goal the other day yet nobody has even mentioned it. If a player is jumping out of the way of a bad tackle then he's entitled to go down, I've no issue with that. Every team has players that go down far too easily, Herrera is United's player who's always at it.

The only way to cut it out is with a retrospective ban.

None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Yellow me arse. It's supposed to be a physical sport.

As much as it pains me to say it, you Salford boys are starting to look like a formidable outfit.  A Mourinho team, not pretty to watch but increasingly effective.

After watching Moyes and LVG teams for the last few years I think the Mourinho teams are entertaining enough to watch.

I watched a bit of yesterday's game. Thought United played some nice slick stuff at times. Definitely getting there, very solid and a team to be feared.

Pogba looks a superb player in centre of midfield. Always able to create space in tight situations and a good passer.

Pogba wasn't as bad as the early season criticism indicated but by same token he's not playing as well as some are saying he is currently.. hes providing great moments in games rather than great full games but he's definitely moving in right direction.

First time I heard a United away support chant Mourinhos name yesterday, he's slowly starting to win a few people round. There also seems to be a good rapport forming within the squad which is always a good sign.

He'll never win me around but he is belatedly doing what he should have been doing since the start of the season. It's no coincidence that the upswing in consistency and form has coincided with him eventually plumping for the Carrick/Herrera axis in central midfield.....providing a good screen for the defence and allowing Pogba more freedom to do what he's good at. Remember - he was picking Fellaini and Pogba in these positions and starting Rooney in every game, pure daft. He seems to have pulled in his horns a little from acting the ballbag too which is welcome but I've my doubts it will last.

He badly misjudged the job when he rolled in. He thought he could ride roughshod and do things whatever way he wanted and get results. He purposely went against what supporters thought (the "Einstein's" have been proven to be correct). Thankfully the Chelsea beating and Liverpool embarrassment must have made him worried and seem to have made him see sense. Long may it continue. The style of play is actually much better than a usual Mourinho team though the goals have not come to support the play. That should come though, I hope. Unfortunate that so much self inflicted damage was done prior to that. And don't give me the "new players and manager bedding in" crap. Look at Chelsea and even City. City's difficulties have only started in the last month or so. Pep has no idea how to manage in this league and he won't change so I think they're in trouble, despite the good result yesterday.

He is a world class passer of the ball and has a great footballing brain, he is only going to get better and long term should be among the worlds best for a decade, United have to do whatever it takes to play to his strengths and they need at least one top centre half in January if they are to push on and get into the top four.

What would scare me would be the push to win the Europa cup, too much emphasis on that as a get out clause could cost them valuable league points, for now hopefully this  rich vein of form continues and they continue to win games while playing attacking football.

I agree with Seanie, I will never pull for that dick Mourinho, his treatment of the doctor was, for me, the final straw!
Armagh, the one true love of a mans life.

5 wins in a row and the goals are flowing. If Utd continue with this type of form top 4 is only a matter of time. Zlatan and Pogba again excellent today.
