In addition to that, like Rashford, he just looks disinterested, like the world owes him something

Captain Scarlet

It doesn't matter the system if you can't the better of a League 2 outfit. That's just basic desire.
Mainoo seems to be getting a full pass from English fans especially,  but he is another like Sancho who can play in flashes and the manager gets all the heat.

There's no way clubs like Real are interested in him.

All that being said a manager needs some flexibility these days and needs to tweak it.

Christ Thomas Frank was there again. A man who manages with what he has and builds.
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

Did Amorim hang his players out today with his comments are the game?

What's that got to do with Utd losing to Grimsby?

Yeah Amorim has made some big calls and tried to get rid of some of the bad characters who were bringing the club down.  Some lazy bastids who rarely put a shift in.

There is clearly more work to be done in that regard though.  He needs to address the Bruno as captain craic too.  How can that whingy whiny moan of a man inspire others?  It is impossible.  Youd only have to look at his face to think wtf am I doing here.

No that was the Worthington Cup and Carling Cup. Completely different competitions going by Uniteds logic on Liverpool only having 2 league titles.

I've no sympathy for Amorin, he's a media darling who gets a very easy ride off the press, Postecoglou was working with a similar squad, more injuries and less money yet got laughed out of the EPL by the media despite producing pretty much the exact same results.

The list of people Amorim needs to get rid of grows by the week yet the media and fans never seem to put the managers name on the list. He'll soon be lining out himself if all the deadwood he supposedly needs to clear gets shifted.

13 years into the Liverpools 30 year drought they were finishing up with Houllier and brought in the Spanish waiter, Ruben is almost the perfect blend of both, plenty of road left in him

What nonsense. United get destroyed by the press.

Shocks happen, teams in other divisions can beat teams above them. Utd getting beat by them is no real different to the above shocks I mentioned
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Roy Hodgsons  disastrous few months in charge, and  the last few months of souness's reign , weren't good. But  Liverpool were never as bad  in those 30-odd years  as what United have become in the last 2-3 years.

Brendan Rodgers or Sir Garth, both stout candidates in my view

I wonder is Amorin in charge of transfers at Old Trafford?

I'm still struggling how they haven't got themselves a defensive midfielder with legs who can read danger and make tackles to win the ball back.

It's so sorely lacking and so obvious you do wonder who's making the transfer calls there.

United have no money.

They have a loads of money tied up in useless assets like Onana, Anthony, Sancho and the like. Who are still on big wages.

At the moment players Utd may attract may be good, but will have baggage. Knee jerk purchases is the last thing they need.

Theyve spent over 200m this summer. Perhaps not focusing on the key areas
