This is a complete shambles. Worse than anything under LVG. Mourinho out.

Rubbish, needs to get Martial and Rashford up front and take off Ibrahimovic. Get Carrick on for Fellaini. Pogba a big disapointment so far yet again.

What a soap opera.  The gift that never stops giving. And all the money the Glazers make. They are an antisemitic trope.

Captain Obvious

Oct 3, 1999 - Chelsea 5-0 Manchester United, the way this game is going the result today could be much worse for Manchester United.

They're very good at selling jerseys though nobody can deny that!!!  ;D  ;D

Gudjohnsen tweeted...

Jose Mourinho still knows how to get the best out of chelsea ;D

That's as bad a beating as you'll get!' Utd can't beat their title challengers!! Missing a real leader... never really replaced Kean !! Before him you'd Bruce Cantana and a host of leaders... Vidic has been the closest... when Utd eventually get a proper leader on the pitch they'll do a lot better
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Given the commercial making money machine that Man Utd has turned into and the fortune that has been spent in the transfer market since Fergie left the club is in a bad way. Ed Woodward must have some dirt on the Glazers as I don't know how he has remained in a job since the slide into freefall and given the money spent. Even though I wouldn't be a fan of Mourinho's style of football or personality it is far too simplistic to criticise him for todays result, the problems are far deeper.

The problem isn't actually that deep though.

The board have backed a series of managers in spending outrageous sums of money bringing players to the club without any real thought for how these players will fit into a shape or style of football. There's no strategy, just greed on managers' behalf and blind stupidity from the board.

See Fellaini, Mata, Di Maria, Herrera, Rojo, Schweiny, and most of all Pogba for the shining examples. Herrera, Fellaini and Rojo nowhere near CL standard players, the others specialists in positions that United don't seem to play.

5 points worse off than LVG after 9 games last season. Shocking.

magpie seanie

And criticising Conte for whipping up the crowd at 4-0. f**king hypocrite.

United's away supporters were superb as usual, the deserve better.

Woodward is not a football person. Neither are the Glazers. Nobody with influence gives a f**k about the football.
They are running the club for dividends
They know they can always sell jerseys in Asia. If the club has a few bad years they can sell a romantic rise from the ashes story to flog even more DVDs

When I was 8 the teacher was always telling us how venal soccer was

Grim. Can't understand why Carrick is not getting more game time.
