Home heating still going up.
This was on the price to the oil suppliers. They don't pass on the dip as quickly. That said, could be 10p on it again by tonight. Think it was changing by the hr.

Just remember its not the small shops that put up the prices, they don't have control over the display boards. Its whoever owns the pumps that can just change the prices from HQ.

I know of one supplier who puts the price off fuel up by a few pence at peak traffic times then drops it again.

Well £50 would get you a fair bit less now. I usually put in 40 myself to be fair but there was a difference in how much I got

Tesco Cookstown was still £126.9 earlier, how come the likes of them and Asda didn't put their prices up asap? does this not prove the others are gouging?

There's always one.

If you are on the radio defending your oil industry and deny price gouging, to then go on and describe your behaviour as textbook gouging, you shouldn't have been let on.

No but he's still spending £50, so he's no worse off. Last week he put in 50. This week he put in 50. Nothing has changed.

Of course they are.

Ever notice when oil prices drop they aren't as quick to pass it on to the consumer.

Heard of a few places cancelling orders on customers who ordered last Friday at basically the normal price. Scumbags like them should be boycotted in future.
