The official ref and tmo reviewed and are happy enough with it. It's the playacting to try draw a penalty the issue. Went bck holding his head, hasn't been hit on the head yet!

Aussie player in an unlawful position at the maul with his shoulders below his hips. You wouldn't expect to see it give but it means it couldn't have been a penalty to the Aussies.

His shoulders aren't below his hips. Watch it again. His back is Cleary horizontal.

His shoulders are below his hips they are nearly at his knees at the point of contact. It's not something I'd ever expect to see blown but it's technically an infringement. That prevents Morgan getting underneath him and the only place he can clear him out is the top of his back which is where he hits.

The referee stopping Porter making a tackle on the second or third Aussie try should have been looked at by the TMO

No point going on about this. The ruck is *never* refereed properly. When's the last time, outside of a counter-ruck, that you've seen 2 players bind at the ruck?! It doesn't happen and torpedoing through the ruck is more common than not.

Should changes 6/7 from last week, with the series won the last 2 sets of starters were not going to be up for it. Weather didn't help either.

Australia who lost the series to the Lions recently went 22 nil down in South Africa when I joined the game after 23 minutes. Then staged a storming comeback in the second half to win 38 to 22. It puts the lions series win in context.

So you are telling me a mediocre Australia team, had 3 competitive tests in preparation for a game and they actually went on to win.

Just take the Lions for what it is a piss up tour for fans and players alike. It is now a media and TV production.
