Capt Pat

There was no excitement in todays game at all. The outcome was known beforehand. Hopefully the second test will be more competitive.

For the sake of the series I'm glad it wasn't a dismantling of the Aussies. If they get some of their big boys back, start Bell etc. and take it to the Lions like the 2nd half today, the second test should be interesting.

God its poor stuff isn't it, even with Sky trying to dress it up as only they can.

Its usually decent when its against the All Blacks or South Africa, but the Aussies seem to have dropped off a good bit this past few years.

If Ireland, England or indeed Scotland were to go to Australia for a summer tour they'd be expecting to win those "test" matches let alone a Lions dream team.

Trivia - Read something during the week that Gibson-Park's mum is an Armagh woman, she's a Gibson.

Good start to the match. Aussies up for it.

Nearly game over at this stage!

Lions look like they are in a training match. The cynic in me sees that the organisers need a decider next week

That dropped ball from Lynagh was a momentum killer.
