I would hope Meenagh can talk Scullion back into the squad, a really good keeper.
Best keeper of the weekend that I saw and I only missed 2 games was Peter Stuart Bellaghy. Couple of the point blank saves he pulled off were superb.

Great keeper and can kick points off the ground, its a pity his only travels to owenbeg are for club and abit of GK coaching

Going by https://derrygaa.tv/ the hurling this weekend is audio only but the football will be streamed.

Derry need seriously analysis the goalkeeping position for nxt year. It's now such a pivotal position. They need bck up keepers 2/3 all playing of the same hymn sheet nxt year. And preferably the ability to kick 2pters. It amazes me Lynch can kick a ball 60+m but couldn't kick a 45 or long free. He was tried a couple of times and was missing then straight in front of the posts. Armagh cost themselves the game against Kerry cause they wouldn't sub the keeper when he got cleaned out on his kicking about 10times in a row.

We have a good 2 point kicker in Glass but it doesnt hurt to have others. I agree with sorting the keeper position out. For me Lynch is still the best in the county but if he is injured then Ryan Scullion has to be brought back into the fold. I think he will be and can see a few buying in now that Meenagh is back.

I would be extremely surprised if it doesn't survive. Removing it would give teams a license to foul just outside the scoring zone. The new rules have reduced cynicism so keeping the 2 point free is a must.

A very enjoyable minor semi final between Dungiven and Screen in front of a huge crowd tonight, 1-12 to 1-11 to Dungiven at full time

Thought the ref kept screen in the game missing the most obvious black card by screens number 3 on harkin. And also missed a wreckless tackle on the same player moments earlier during a goal chance.

Dungiven made hard work of it with discipline issues and few missed goal chances.

Screen support had some complaints about a missed 2 pointer but it was 100% inside the arc.
