Heard that as well. Strange since the championship starts that following weekend. Banagher play in the hurling championship this weekend, that playoff on Wednesday, and then the football championship. I didn't think they could schedule a game that close to the championship.

Have any of you any sense at all, there is zero chance of a league play off 4/5 days before a championship game.

It's the Derry county board we're talking about here!

Looks like the intermediate play-off with Doire Trasna and Ballymaguigan is going to be the weekend of 30/31 August if the website is correct (with both in c'ship action on 16th/17th). Would have thought that (or at least kicking it down the road some way) would have also been a better option for Ballinderry and Banagher too.

How was this worked out at the start of the year with playoffs arranged so close to championships.

Has there been any mention of a streaming service for this years championship?

DerryTV again, and I hope its the games next week and not just QFs onwards

As a neutral who keeps an eye on Derry club football.

Who are Culmore Cuchullains?

Are they an amalgmation or a new club starting from the ground up.

Are they Derry city based?

New club, Culmore is between Steelstown and Muff just across the border in Donegal. Have teams at u16 and under for now

Hopefully a few games next week.

It's been only 1 live game per round the last few years, or am I getting that wrong?

From memory there was maybe 1 game per day at the QF and SF stage? open to correction.

It would be good if they would cover all the games, especially when they are at Owenbeg and the infrastructure is in place.

On a related note, any word of the season ticket pass for all the championship games being released?

LoughNeagh

Completely off topic sorry, but who is that ballbag from Dungiven that goes live on tiktok every evening? Horrible smug tr**p that leans into the political right? Trump loving, Gaza hating dick, even went live on tiktok on with people siding and attending Ballymena riots.
