See changes in timings for Saturday to allow the Dublin fans to take in both the Ladies and the men's matches - a real pity the GAA wouldn't allow a double header - would have increased the profile of the Ladies game again. Reckon Kildare and Dublin to win this weekend - Derry and Louth to progress to Junior final against Scotland and Lancashire on Sunday too.

Ladies need to come under the GAA umbrella if they want to avoid this happening. Very easy (and probably correct, if your sole commitment is to GAA interests) for the GAA to refuse to let an outside organisation stage yet another game the day before the showpiece hurling match of the year. If they are all part of the same organisation this would be far harder for the GAA to do as they'd be promoting all the sports rather than some of them.

even though my own county would benefit I'm against the double header, strictly from a ticketing allocation perspective. I don't think it be fair on Mayo losing out, tickets hard enough to come by.

Dublin comfortable winners - 2.16 to 2.05 and sets up what should be a good final.
Dublin disciplined defensively and always carried a threat going forward.

Dublin stronger and faster.

Dublin defence well marshalled, an example to others, perhaps.
If at first you don't succeed, then goto Plan B

The junior seems to be run in a strange way - Louth hammer Scotland and Lancashire beat Derry but then Scotland play Derry in the semi while Lancashire have to play Louth.

Saw 2nd half :  cork very cynical and had a massed defence .

see a major problem  with the women game, this timeclock and hooter all well and fine but it is not stopped during bookings etc, the ref took nearly a minute to yellow card a cork player at the end when time for Dublin was short, the booking was more of a major disadvantage to Dublin than the yellow card was for cork. They need to look at time stoppage for deliberate yellow card offences down the line, good last 10Min's from what i seen
