So young. Used to think it had to be sore on the system the way he put on and lost large amounts of weight between fights.

People have no idea how hard cocaine is on your heart , Ireland will see a lot of  men dying well before their time

Cocaine overdose?
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

No. Cocaine USE. Usually alcohol is involved. It creates a compound called cocaethylene which is more toxic than cocaine alone, greater half life etc.

Ramps up chances of every heart issue like arrhythmia.

20x risk of sudden death compared to coke alone and alcohol is involved of half of deaths where cocaine toxicity is detected.

Not diagnosing Hatton, simply saying he was a known coke abuser and Irelands tradition of alcohol abuse is now being peppered with coke.

Its an incredibly worrying dynamic.

Tony Baloney

Rufus T Firefly

Stephen Luscombe (70), one half of the eighties pop group, Blancmange.

Dr Malcolm Kendrick's book "The Clot Thickens" gives a good low down on cocaine use and its effect on the arteries. Theres not half enough talk about it.

Frightening. Am told this place is coming down with cocaine. Party-time not a world I frequent at my age but seems to be so readily available and being used in big numbers.

Go back nearly 40 years, speed, ecstasy, acid was probably only used at weekends but seems coke is a daily thing.

Was there studies on coke related deaths (in later years) in American during the massive surge at the time?

Sounds like it is  readily available, but  you can still say no. When the smoking ban came in , eventually the craic  moved into the  smoking areas. Seen myself out there many a night , but still never smoked a  cigarette.
