If Kildare win and Meath beat Dublin, (assuming Monaghan don't win Ulster) either of the 3B winners can meet either of the two provincial losers, meaning a draw will be needed to decide who plays who.

If any repeat pairing are possible then there is no need for a draw as there are only one set of pairings that don't result in a repeat, as was the case for the 3A and the Munster/Connacht losers' last week.
