Another chance to get the Louth monkey off our backs. Home draw, chance to right the wrong of the first round, Jaysus if we loose to these b**tards again I'm tearing up my season ticket.

Think it's a good draw for Westmeath despite their terrible record against Louth. Injuries will be a big issue. Connaughton is obviously gone and Gavin won't be back for it. Heslin I believe is getting a knee operation, but not sure if he's holding off a little longer. Denis Corroon's performance in club championship on Saturday night would indicate that he's ready to go straight in.

A good draw for Tipperary. I heard the Offaly manager on the Sunday Game and it sounds like they have already written off this year.

This will be like a slow bicycle race.

Nice handy draw for Armagh, not so for other ulster  teams.

borderfox

Tough draw for Armagh. Need to be at our very best to beat  these  hardy perennial  Connacht challengers. Revenge for last years minor defeat will be difficult to execute, though not impossible.
Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.

Unless attitude and morale has changed dramatically in the Roscommon camp in the last few weeks our disappointing season will come to an end.

+1.
Rumour mill not good but then again.... GAA rumours ::)
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

Agreed shark, it was the draw I wanted after London obviously. Heslin is having the op tomorrow so it'll be touch and go as to whether he's back or not. Pity Darragh Daly wasn't available this year, hopefully his op sorts out his back.
Westmeath - Home of the Christy Ring Cup...

Orior

Cover me in chocolate and feed me to the lesbians

Shamrock Shore

Sat week for most, if not all, of them with, evening throw-ins.

Daly has his op next week. He can't even walk properly at the moment. He's only 21 so missing 1 year won't kill him, provided he gets it sorted.

Thank God a home draw. Now let's see what our response to the Gakway game is, we're either going to ignite our championship or sink.

Armagh would beat all 15 in this in round. It was always round 2 before Armagh would get tested.

Not sure how winning a senior game will gain revenge for a minor defeat? We beat Tipp this year did nothing to wipe out the minor semi final defeat.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

Whilst Armagh were admirable against Tyrone, I think you might be getting a little ahead of yourself.  It was only last year when Wicklow drew with Armagh in the qualifiers.

Wicklow caught Armagh on the hop last year in the replay Armagh ran out easy winners with Jamie Clarke turning on the style. The round two possible opponents are Kerry,Donegal/Tyrone,Kildare/Dublin bigger tests than any team in round one.
