If these boys were that good would they not be starring for st brigids? Maybe I'm missing it but doesn't seem that they are?

Quote from: NatSoSaff on February 12, 2026, 10:49:43 AMAlmost 2 days out from national league home fixture v Longford, and no venue secured.

Will it be played at all or will a venue outside the county need to host it?

Game confirmed for PG1. Longford are poor so this would have been seen as a banker but the way things are it's far from a certainty. Expect a win nonetheless.

How many points NatSoSaff

When do you remember them being good in Lavey? Underage I assume?

One of them started on at least one ulster championship winning teamm so at one point he surely wouldn't have been too bad? I would imagine tbf to them the whole thing would be quite an upheaval to them too.

On the county board people are always saying that school and club coaching will make Antrim football better. Buy here the argument is that 6 players who have gone through that system on Derry aren't really up to it. All 6 are good footballers from solid club player to potentially very good county standard.
As a vague benchmark only Connor wouldn't have started a senior championship game for Lavey.

Hopefully people can book these holidays weekends away now!🙏
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

bannside

Theres absolutely no tolerance level for another defeat so we need every player to show up 2moro, put in a solid performance and get the result. Strong looking team/panel, so no reason not to be optimistic.

BigGreenField

A raised eyebrow perhaps at the line up currently showing Walsh and McQuillan on the bench.

Fair play to Portglenone on making a pitch available.

Na Glinntí Glasa

Division 1. I don't have any of the others

Surely there's better within Antrim to step up?

The sad reality is that we don't have the guts to sack him or Davy.
