Wat did new manager say he wanted to talk about ?

Or maybe they went to the North Antrim leagues for underage due to the fact its better run and organised.

Its maybe why Sarsfields have joined it at under 12 level this year. Na Magha & Swatragh are also in the North Antrim league at underage.

What a take on it. There is game regularity and consistency in north and south west antrim. That's why they left. I grew up in those leagues and it was a game a week at each level /code without fail and I couldn't believe when I read south antrim didn't have the same.

St brigids won 3-13 to 1-14

Cheers.

We didn't help ourselves today, thought for most parts we played well just st Brigids took their chances, they had a great first half with the wind, goals and two pointers a plenty..

Second half came back to a one point game but goal killed it..

The amount of pulling and dragging masquerading as tackling in this game was ridiculous and no surprise it boiled over with red cards.

St galls were on track to win until then and were the better side in a tight enough game.

Not a fan either of clubs referencing dubious decisions on social media post game, either state it plainly or say nothing.

The standard of hurling is higher in NA, mostly because there is clubs just do hurling no surprise clubs wanting to progress in hurling join it.

Whenever NA run dual structures properly then everyone can climb on a high horse about it.

Endas joined SW in football at younger ages because it allows them to have on team in SA and one team in SW and try to play at high levels in both rather than a second team in lower ranks of SA.

North Antrim will never need to run dual games as South West look after the football very well themselves.

There are those who want NA to remove the U12/14 games on a Saturday to accommodate county development squads that day instead and push the games to midweek. But the clubs are content and happy to keep playing on a Saturday.

Theres 17 clubs taking part at U12 level and 12 at U14 level and it seems to run very well on its own via the clubs themselves.

No neither am I, the game is won and lost on the pitch and that's were it should stay, but social media gives people a platform to air their grievances, it can be a bit like the wild west at times..

With regards to the sending off's One was down the side of the pitch so I didn't see it, the one on the pitch in the middle well he can have no complaints..

As for the game, the weather was atrocious which had a bearing on performances, loose ball, poor handling and shooting at times, misplaced handpasses and so on, but it is nearly December
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Disappointed in those names released so far for the Antrim squad. Seems we are using division 4 to massage some aging egos rather than develop the future.
