You aren't being scored on your facilities here, but your suitability to hold a big game.

It just isn't suitable in my opinion

It would depend on what you would classify as a "big game". If you say a county camogie final, that would be easily  done, a senior hurling or football championship semi final could be a different answer depending on who is in it and a county hurling or football final would be a bit more difficult (in my opinion) and may need some help from our Rossa and St Paul's neighbours In terms of emergency access etc, but I'm a bit biased. The playing surface is up there with the best, and easily better  than the likes of dunsilly and corrigan (again, my biased opinion). Anyway let's hope for a win tomorrow evening!

Been to a few county camogie finals. That will draw a massive crowd tbh. Seen those two in Ballymena a few years ago and there was a great crowd there. Double header at Corrigan would have been an option?

Has to be a way to get minor championships wrapped up earlier, players should be going full tilt (playing better non Antrim schools) with their schools.  Near end of October I think before it wraps.

Was chatting to a fella from Antrim there and he was saying whispers going around the intermediate game at 7 because of Sairsfields soccer players having a game at 3pm.

Anyone know if any truth?

Yeah it's true. 3 of them also playing in the morning so it couldn't be before midday. 🙄

I can't see any truth in that story.

MG winning at a canter.

Reffing extremely poor. Inconsistent and then some dead rubber decisions at the end to put some gloss on it

Who do Moneyglass play in Ulster and when?

1st November
Only 1 team in it tonight from 1st whistle to last
If they'd of taken their scores it would've been over with 15 to go.

Tbf it wasn't much of a punch up, but not a good look either way. Have seen the clip of an incident at the fence, i didnt see it at the time. Dont know what caused it. Moneyglass were the better team and deserved the win. We just didn't put in any sort of performance and the shooting from both teams was awful to say the least. The ref was awful, particularly in the first half, but overall he didn't affect the result. Both teams have a lot of work to do if they want to survive in D1-depending on what sort of restructuring will inevitably be coming over the winter.

Would agree with u some strange calls come the end, but the better team definitely won. I would say neither team really showed there qualities was a night for balls and heart and moneyglass showed it in abundance

Hopefully the game later today is a cracker, personally I can just see Cargin edging it out by 1,2

imtommygunn

Cargin very poor first half and still very much in it. Hard to see them being so poor in the second half. Dunloy would need to be more accurate here as they've missed a lot.

Interesting enough game without being a classic. Dunloy defense there to be ran at but then possibly so is Cargin's.

Jonkunlon

Cargin fortunate to be going in as little as two points down. Huge slice of luck for the goal although it appears to be a foot block. Penalty looked like the tackle was outside the square. If Dunloy were more accurate in their kicking they'd be well ahead. Game on.
